What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop branch staff through hiring, training, scheduling, and ongoing performance management
• Drive sales, cross‑sales, and referrals while ensuring all activity is documented in CRM
• Oversee all teller and new‑account functions with accuracy and compliance
• Maintain expert knowledge of all PointBank products, services, and account processes
• Manage branch cash levels, vault operations, audits, and daily CTR reviews
• Educate customers on fraud prevention and deliver fast, friendly, solutions‑focused service
• Ensure the branch is well‑supplied, well‑maintained, and always customer‑ready
• Support community engagement and uphold PointBank’s positive presence
• Suggest improvements and embrace cross‑training
