Qualifications

• Requires 3–5 years Teller/Client Services experience.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee market operations and profitability with Market President/COO.
• Supervise Assistant Branch Manager and Client Services staff training.
• Manage daily operations incl. customer service and finances.
• Build relationships with customers and community representatives.
• Train staff on cross-selling bank products and services.
• Ensure opening/closing duties and security policy compliance.
• Maintain internal controls, logs, policies, and procedures.
• Process client services tasks and handle customer issues promptly.
• Identify opportunities to sell consumer loans and facilitate closings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
