Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. in Mount Laurel, NJ is seeking a Branch General Manager (BGM) to lead warehouse, driver, and branch teams, coach and develop associates, manage P&L, and uphold Lowe’s service standards.

You will partner with HR and Sales to execute strategies and act as Lowe’s brand ambassador in the community. The role emphasizes building a strong branch culture, driving engagement, using data to inform decisions, and ensuring safe, efficient operations with strong cross-functional

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience leading associates in warehouse, distribution center or large retail environments.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing P&L.
• Experience building cross-functional relationships in a matrixed environment.
• Experience with software applications such as Microsoft Office and/or a Warehouse Management System.

Responsibilities

• Influences overall business results by building cross-functional partnerships with HR, Safety & Asset Protection, Sales and Support Teams.
• Identify barriers to performance and use cross-functional resources to diagnose and remove them.
• Use financial reports and data to support decisions impacting branch metrics.
• Create a climate that supports training and development by identifying training needs.
• Promote continuous improvement by seeking feedback and addressing leadership opportunities.
