Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations in line with bank policies and regulations.
• Schedule staff coverage and support performance evaluations.
• Train, coach and develop team members for high performance.
• Maintain branch security, cash controls and audit readiness.
• Review reports, new accounts and transaction exceptions.
• Perform teller duties and open new accounts; resolve escalations.
• Support retention, relationship management and growth initiatives.
• At Officer level, drive deposit growth and participate in business development.
• Manage employee schedules, timecards and daily operational duties.
