The role requires 3–5 years of leadership and sales experience in construction rental or a similar industry, with a focus on hiring, developing, and empowering employees. • Oversee all aspects of branch operations including service, maintenance, Inside Sales, transportation, logistics, P/L.
• 3–5 years leadership and sales experience in construction rental or similar industry.
• Hire, develop, lead, and empower employees to make better business decisions.
• Prioritize workloads and manage shop personnel to ensure timely service repairs.
• Maintain company standards for the branch, equipment, and fleet.
• Prepare yearly business plans with district and regional management forecasting revenues and expenses.

• Assist in maintaining standards within the branch and its equipment and fleet.
