Job summary

Sunstate Equipment Co. is seeking a Branch Manager in Englewood, CO to lead all branch operations, including service, maintenance, Inside Sales, and logistics, while managing P/L and payroll scheduling.

The role demands 3–5 years of leadership/sales experience in construction rental or similar markets, with a focus on people development and decision empowerment. Typical schedule is Monday through Friday with 55–60 hours per week.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years leadership/sales experience combined in construction rental or similar industry.
• Hire, develop, lead, and empower employees to make better business decisions.
• Efficiently prioritize workloads and manage shop personnel to ensure timely service repairs.
• Forecast revenues, expenses, fleet ROI and utilization, and overall branch growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of branch operations including service & maintenance, Inside Sales, transportation & logistics, P/L, and payroll scheduling.
• Prepare yearly business plans with the District and Regional Management Teams.
• Monitor safety and environmental compliance and maintain company standards for equipment and fleet.
• Lead and empower employees to improve business decisions and branch performance.
• Hire, develop, lead, and empower staff to achieve branch goals.
