Reliance Truck & Equipment is seeking a dynamic leader to manage our Denver branch operations, including sales, service, and parts. You will drive profitability, streamline processes, and coach a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Competenze

• Proven experience managing a branch, store, or dealership environment (equipment, automotive, or related industry preferred).
• Ability to interpret financial statements, budgets, and KPIs; experience managing P&L.
• In-depth knowledge of service shop operations, parts logistics, and inventory management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and vendor management abilities.

Mansioni

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing branch team across sales, service, and parts.
• Own the P&L for the branch and drive profitability and revenue growth.
• Set SOPs across departments to ensure consistent, high-quality operations.
• Oversee sales activities and support account managers to grow revenue and market presence.
• Coordinate service, parts, and rental operations for efficiency and reliability.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and manage OEM/supplier terms.
