Sunstate Equipment Co. is seeking a Branch Manager in Jacksonville, FL to lead all aspects of the branch, including service, maintenance, Inside Sales, transportation, logistics, and P/L.

The role emphasizes developing and empowering staff, achieving revenue growth, and maintaining safety and equipment standards. You will forecast revenues and expenses, manage staffing and schedules, and ensure timely service repairs while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualificações

• 3-5 years leadership/sales experience in construction rental or similar industry.
• Hire, develop, lead, and empower employees to make better business decisions.
• Oversee all aspects of branch operations including service & maintenance, Inside Sales, transportation & logistics, P/L, and employee related items.

Responsabilidades

• Hire, develop, lead, and empower employees to make better business decisions.
• Conduct monthly branch and safety meetings.
• Efficiently prioritize workloads and manage shop personnel to ensure timely service repairs.
• Assist in the maintaining of company standards within the branch and its equipment and fleet.
• Prepare yearly business plans forecasting revenues, expenses, fleet ROI and utilization.
