Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of business management with P&L responsibility.
• Strong sales and customer service experience required.
• Leadership and communication skills; budgeting knowledge.
• Proficient in MS Office and business software.

Responsibilities

• Manage branch operations to ensure safety, productivity, service and profitability.
• Oversee sales efforts and business initiatives.
• Prepare reports including P&L, operating reviews and budgets.
• Manage personnel matters.
• Oversee safety matters including audits, OSHA/DOT compliance and testing.
• Other duties as needed.
