Qualifications

• 5+ years of operations or branch management in heavy equipment or related industries.

• Proven ability to lead cohesive, high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of service, parts, and rental workflows.
• Experience with ERP/CRM or dealership management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations across service, parts, and rental.
• Implement processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Align with Service and Parts Managers on goals and metrics.
• Lead staff development and foster accountability, teamwork, and safety.
• Monitor KPIs such as technician efficiency, parts turns, rental utilization.
• Ensure cost control, reporting accuracy, and policy compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance branch performance.
