Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in a financial institution with retail banking operations, lending and supervision.
• Excellent supervisory, customer service, sales, organizational and communication skills.
• Computer literacy with Microsoft Office (Word).
• Expert knowledge of Teller & CSR procedures, rules and regulations.
• Able to work harmoniously with others and contribute to teamwork.
• Able to travel to all bank locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tellers and customer service staff and branch operations.
• Provide feedback and ideas for improving customer experience.
• Assist Market Manager with outreach initiatives and customer service activities.
• Perform duties of Market Manager in their absence.
• Develop branch staff to be proficient in teller, CRA, or CRO roles.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and bank policies.
• Lead staff meetings and conduct performance appraisals.
