This hands-on leadership role focuses on developing people, supporting daily branch activity, and growing deposits and relationships in the community.

You will oversee staff, ensure audit readiness, and foster a culture of professionalism while representing the bank in the community.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory or leadership experience in banking or related customer-focused environment.
• Ability to coach and develop employees while maintaining high operational accuracy.
• Strong understanding of branch operations, deposit products, security procedures, and service expectations.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, coach, and develop staff while ensuring excellent customer experience and consistent performance.
• Drive deposit and relationship growth through account opening, outbound calling, referrals, and community engagement.
• Lead from the front by assisting customers directly, resolving escalations, and stepping into daily branch work when needed.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while continuously improving branch results.
• Lead branch operations, including security, cash controls, dual control standards, and audit readiness.
