Job summary

Saco- is seeking an experienced Branch Leader to oversee tellers and customer service staff and to manage daily branch operations. You will drive customer service quality, support outreach initiatives, and ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures.

In this role you will mentor staff, lead weekly meetings, and coordinate with the Market Manager to meet sales goals while maintaining high operational standards across the branch network.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Strong supervisory, customer service, sales and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Word.
• Knowledge of teller and CSR procedures and banking regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tellers and customer service staff and branch operations.
• Provide feedback to improve customer experience and operational excellence.
• Support Market Manager with outreach and sales initiatives.
• Stand in for Market Manager when absent and ensure branch procedures are followed.
