Job summary

Saco Valley Credit Union in Saco, ME, is seeking a Branch Manager to direct operations at the 500 Main St. branch, ensuring the branch meets organizational, financial, operational, service, and growth goals.

You will lead staff and daily operations while maintaining high-quality member service. The role requires hiring, training, coaching, and supervising staff, resolving member issues, and collaborating with other departments to achieve the Credit Union’s objectives.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Two to five years of related experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to lead and motivate branch personnel.

Responsibilities

• Directs operations of the branch and staff.
• Resolves member issues and escalates when needed.
• Ensures compliance with policies and objectives.
• Assists in account openings and loan processes.
• Promotes a service-oriented branch culture.
• Collaborates with other departments to meet goals.
• Evaluates branch efficiency and recommends improvements.
• Represents the branch with members and partners.
