Job summary

Saco & Biddeford Savings Institution is seeking a Branch Manager who will represent the bank, deliver exceptional service, and lead a team across daily operations. You will build relationships, understand deposit products, and guide customers to suitable solutions while upholding bank policies and community standards.

You will oversee opening and closing of the branch, coach tellers and CRAs on referrals, and maintain accuracy in all customer transactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college banking training helpful.
• Previous banking experience preferred, with strong customer service focus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; comfortable using Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, courteous service to all customers and assist with account openings and changes.
• Explain deposit and basic loan products; refer customers to bank partners as appropriate.
• Supervise branch operations and staff in the absence of formal management; ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
