Responsibilities

• Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
• Oversee cash handling and maintain audit logs.
• Ensure elevated customer experience and lobby management.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
• Develop relationships to foster loyalty and upsell digital self-service tools.
• Support teller line and coach team for accurate transactions.
• Communicate clearly with customers in person, phone, or digital channels.
• Use data to improve branch performance and efficiency.
• Assist neighboring branches as needed.
