Qualifications

• 3+ years demonstrated experience in branch banking or related operations/support
• Experience with cash handling and maintaining audit logs
• Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building skills
• Proficient in using digital tools to enhance customer engagement and data-driven decisions
• Knowledge of policy, compliance, risk management and loss prevention
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
