You will lead the team in loss control, audits, and regulatory adherence while guiding clients to self-service options and building lasting relationships with customers in a fast-paced branch environment.

Qualifications

• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
• Maintain a keen eye for detail and stay organized to juggle tasks.
• Demonstrate leadership and operational proficiency ensuring transaction accuracy.
• Educate branch team and partners, keeping them informed and connected.
• Build meaningful connections with clients and refer to experts when needed.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow and schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication and anticipate their needs.

• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and assist with financial needs.
• Explain self-service options to simplify client banking experience.
• Support all branch operations, ensuring loss control, compliance, and audits.
