Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to drive welcoming, compliant and efficient service at the branch level in New Jersey. You will collaborate with the Branch Manager to oversee client transactions, loss control, and audits while promoting self-service options and a culture of accuracy and care.

You will lead by example, train teammates, and build lasting relationships with customers, channeling inquiries to experts as needed and ensuring regulatory requirements are met at every step.

• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow and schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication, anticipate needs and ensure smooth visits.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices, maintain accuracy and compliance.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and assist with specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to customers for 24/7 access to accounts.
• Support all aspects of branch operations, including loss control, compliance and audits.
