Job summary

Chase seeks a Branch Operations Lead in our Iowa City branch to partner with the Branch Manager in delivering outstanding client experiences. You will oversee lobby flow, assist with transactions, and promote self-service options while maintaining strict compliance with bank policies and controls.

You'll lead daily branch operations, train team members, and ensure accurate cash handling, audits, and loss prevention, building trusted relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

Qualifications

• You have 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• You can work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

• Greet clients and assist with transactions, lobby flow, and meetings.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and manage waiting queues.
• Lead branch operations and cash devices, ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and assist with specialized needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits to keep operations secure.
