• 18+ Months Customer service experience within a high volume, fast paced and constantly changing environment.
• Excellent communication, consultative and influencing skills both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations to ensure efficiency and security while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Manage risk controls by ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals and payments; support teller line and lobby management.
