Qualifications

• 3+ years of demonstrated successful branch banking or related operations/support experience
• 12+ months Santander experience related to Branch Operations Manager responsibilities
• 18+ months cash handling experience
• 18+ months customer service experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations and risk controls to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements
• Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals and payments
• Manage lobby environment for a welcoming customer experience and optimal flow
• Coach and support tellers; ensure accurate transactions and strong audit logs
• Use data-driven insights to improve branch performance and efficiency
• Coordinate with nearby branches as needed and support coverage during busy periods
