Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Five years credit union/financial institution experience preferred with cash handling.
• Strong knowledge of basic computer functions and Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular branch operations to ensure quality member service and handle loan applications, new accounts, and transactions.
• Maintain branch cash limits and supply to meet service demands.
• Participate in activities to achieve branch sales goals including telemarketing and cross-selling.
• Develop staff schedules and provide ongoing performance feedback and coaching.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and applicable regulations.
