Stewart Title is seeking a seasoned operations and customer service professional to support internal teams, customers, vendors, and partners across title transactions. You will coordinate workflows, ensure data accuracy, and help deliver timely services.

Partner with title operations, customer service, vendor management, and production teams to meet service levels, resolve issues, and drive efficiency in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in title, escrow, mortgage, real estate, customer service, operations, production support, vendor management, or related fields.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working with operational systems, databases, and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Act as Key Customer Service representative for respective area and ability to facilitate a high volume of incoming requests both through email and integration platform.
• Coordinate and support title and operational workflows throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Serve as a liaison between internal departments, customers, vendors, and external partners.
• Research, track, and resolve customer inquiries, order issues, and process exceptions.
