Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; AA degree preferred.
• At least three years of experience in retail banking operations.
• Knowledge of operations policies and procedures.
• Demonstrated involvement with community/trade organizations and business development.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Directs and administers branch operational efforts and staff supervision.
• Ensures customer requests are promptly resolved and cross-sells services.
• Maintains professional business relations with customers and trades.
• Stays informed on lending standards and regulatory requirements.
• Supervises scheduling and workflow of daily operations.
• Backs up tellers and new accounts positions as needed.
• Reports financial data as required by regulations.
• Markets bank products and services and represents the bank in the community.
