Job summary

D.L. Evans Bank is seeking a Branch Specialist in Twin Falls to handle deposits, withdrawals, loan payments and account maintenance. You will balance daily transactions, verify cash totals, and provide clerical support for lending activities under limited supervision.

You’ll assist customers, cross-sell services, manage receptionist duties, and maintain account privacy while supporting branch operations and community representation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience or training in real estate preferred.
• Basic cash handling skills/experience preferred.
• Knowledge of bank operations policies and procedures preferred.
• Able to operate related computer applications and business equipment.

Responsibilities

• Represents the Bank in a courteous and professional manner.
• Receives deposits and loan payments in person or by mail.
• Disburses cash for checks/withdrawals and pays out money after verification.
• Processes assigned cash and transactions and balances at end of day.
• Maintains security of the work area and handles account changes as needed.
• Cross-sells bank services and assists customers with questions.
• Opens and closes accounts and renews certificate accounts.
• Performs file maintenance and prepares reports.
