• Associate’s Degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily branch operations tasks are completed by all staff.
• Maintain audit-ready materials and ensure operational soundness.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences by processing transactions and cross-selling.
• Develop deep product knowledge to meet customer needs.
• Handle customer requests with speed and accuracy.
• Understand consumer lending processes and manage relationships.
• Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders while adhering to regulations.
• Commit to continuous learning and adoption of new procedures.
• Educate customers on technology like online and mobile banking.
