Job summary

Citizens National Bank in Celina, Ohio, is seeking a Branch Operations Manager to oversee daily branch operations, staff, and customer service. The role includes security responsibilities and facility maintenance oversight.

You will guide staff on procedures, ensure regulatory compliance, and participate in loan processing when needed. Travel to other locations may be required; on‑site presence is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field preferred and two to five years of related experience.
• Must have stellar written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts of difficult procedural and technical nature and draw valid conclusions.
• Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft products.

Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day branch activities, staffing and scheduling, ensuring efficient operations of a full‑service branch.
• Provide direction on operational and regulatory procedures, ensuring compliance with security and audit requirements.
• Interact with customers to discuss their banking needs and explain product features.
• Lead by example, resolve client complaints tactfully and maintain professionalism.
• Oversee loan processing where necessary in branches without a designated mortgage/retail loan officer.
