Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field preferred, and two to five years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day branch activities, staffing and scheduling, ensuring efficient operations of a full-service branch.
• Provide direction on operational and regulatory procedures, ensure compliance with security and audit procedures.
• Interact with customers to discuss banking needs and promote products and services.
• Lead and develop staff; handle hires, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure building maintenance and vendor coordination for routine services.
