Qualifications

• Lead, coach, motivate and develop staff.
• 2-3 years' experience in retail or branch banking.
• Drive an exceptional customer experience.
• Supervise and coach the team to achieve sales excellence; ensure world class customer service.
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Work daily with the branch team to create an exceptional customer experience by building relationships, assessing needs, recommending products and referring customers to partners to grow the bank.
• Support and coach branch employees to enhance performance and career development.
• Open personal, business, and loan accounts including additional products and services.
• Develop an expansive knowledge of products and services to fulfill customer needs.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly customer satisfaction metrics both individually and as a team.
• Exhibit knowledge of the consumer lending process and manage relationships through the life of the loan.
• Oversee operations to follow bank policies, procedures and regulations.
• Meet annual branch deposit and consumer loan goals as established.
• Interviewing and hiring in conjunction with Branch Manager and Regional Manager.
• Promote the use of technology in daily banking interactions (mobile, P2P, online banking).
• All other duties as assigned and activities that support key accountabilities.
