Job summary

This role requires a Bachelor's degree and bank experience; you will collaborate with Branch Operations Managers, travel to local offices as needed, and help maintain training documentation and manuals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Finance, or Education.
• Minimum 5 years banking experience preferred (teller, new accounts, or branch manager).
• Proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site, instructor-led training to retail and operations staff.
• Create, update, and distribute instructional materials and handouts.
• Design evaluation strategies to verify learning outcomes and provide feedback.
• Evaluate trainees’ performance and coach for development.
• Maintain knowledge of banking policies, procedures, regulations, and technologies.
