You will greet customers, guide transactions, promote self-service, and lead loss control and audits while building lasting client relationships.

Required: 1+ years of retail banking, a high school diploma or GED, and availability for weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming branch culture.
• Greet clients and assist with transactions, manage lobby flow.
• Engage clients with clear communication and anticipate needs.
• Lead branch operations: cash devices, vault, ATM, ensure accuracy.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and assist with specialized needs.
• Promote self-service options for 24/7 access.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits.
