Responsibilities

• Supervise branch operations including lobby and teller line, staffing, audits and compliance.
• Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate branch staff.

• Drive sales through effective customer relationships and strategic planning.
• Manage customer experience, gather feedback and resolve complex issues.
• Maintain branch safety, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Represent the bank at community events and business development efforts.
• Provide backup support to other branches as needed.
• Lead staff meetings and training sessions.
