Job summary

UniFirst seeks a Branch Manager to lead Service and Administration in our Bloomington, IL area. You will drive revenue growth, build customer loyalty, and ensure safety and compliance across operations.

You will coach Route Service and Office teams, align with plant operations, and manage budgets to deliver on-time, high-quality service at scale.

A 5+ year leadership track record in operations or related fields and a Bachelor's degree are preferred; a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations or service environments.
• Ability to read financial statements and apply results to decisions.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proven track record of developing a high-performing team.

Responsibilities
