You will recruit, train and coach your team, build strong customer relationships, negotiate contract renewals and collaborate with location leadership to deliver superior service and program outcomes.

• Experience leading service delivery teams and improving customer satisfaction.
• Ability to recruit, train and develop staff across multiple roles.
• Proven track record in negotiating renewals and managing client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the recruiting, training, and development of a team of Route Service Representatives and Route Service Supervisors
• Build strong relationships with customers and elevate the team’s level of achievement in customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with location management to provide the best customer service and product programs
• Negotiate customer contract renewals
