Job summary

Software Placement Group (SPG) seeks a General Operations Manager to lead branch operations, sales, and production in the Richmond/Petersburg market. You will drive growth, manage teams, review budgets, and ensure high-quality delivery across multiple home builds.

The role requires strong leadership, production management experience in custom residential construction, and the ability to mentor staff and subcontractors. Competitive compensation with bonus and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience leading branch operations, sales and production in custom homebuilding.
• Proven ability to review leads, approve budgets and manage P&L.
• Strong leadership with a positive, driving energy and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Review new leads with the Sales Team and coordinate with marketing/budget.
• Oversee production across concurrent home builds and inspections.
• Lead final review meetings, plan reviews, and vendor/subcontractor management.
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise employees, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Address customer concerns and communicate resolutions promptly.
