You will directly manage Account Team staff, coordinate workflows, coach performance, and ensure HR processes and policy compliance while maintaining service standards and staffing balance.

Competenze

• 2+ years of industry experience with deep, wide-ranging industry knowledge.
• Active licensing is required.
• Outstanding communication and people management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
