Job summary

You will work closely with the Branch Manager to lead a team, manage lobby flow, and promote self-service options, while upholding compliance and loss-control standards.

The role requires retail banking experience, strong leadership, and the ability to educate and engage clients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure exceptional client experiences.
• Greet clients, manage lobby flow, assist with transactions, and schedule meetings to build relationships.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and guide them to appropriate services.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices and adherence to policies, audits, and loss controls.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and specialized guidance as needed.
• Promote and guide self-service options for around-the-clock access.
• Support all branch operations and ensure secure, compliant performance across the branch.
