Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supervising, coaching and developing staff.
• Ability to forecast and schedule in real time.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations and lead a 4-person team in Birmingham.
• Collaborate with HQ Operations Manager to improve systems and policies.
• Plan, prioritize, delegate tasks and ensure ISO processes are on schedule.
• Train staff and develop future leaders; maintain staff qualifications and morale.
