Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in statistics, operations management, business management or equivalent.
• 5-7 years previous operations management experience, including forecasting, scheduling and real-time operations management.
• Experience supervising, coaching and developing staff.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Operations Manager to improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of Pneu-Draulics’ mission.
• Oversee daily tasks ensuring customer needs are met by tracking account activities and follow-through.
• Plan, prioritize, and delegate tasks to ensure ISO processes are developing on schedule.
• Maintains a qualified staff and ensures proper training of personnel.
• Develops individuals for future advancement and communicates work procedures to staff.
• Train staff to deliver excellent customer service while monitoring performance.
• Coordinate inter-departmental communication to increase effectiveness across locations.
• Oversee daily activities of the facility and optimize scheduling and resource utilization.
• Lead contingency planning and post-mortem analysis for process improvements.
• Maintain favorable working relationships to maximize morale and productivity.
• Lead and hire employees within the location.

Education
