Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations, sales and service activities.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and coaching.
• Promote bank products and services to achieve sales targets.
• Schedule staff and manage workflow for efficiency.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness.
• Handle complex customer and employee escalations.
