Amegy Bank, a division of Zions Bancorporation, is seeking a seasoned Branch Manager for the Bellaire, TX branch to lead retail banking operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will manage a diverse team, oversee risk and compliance, and foster community partnerships to grow the business.

The role reports to the Area Manager and requires a strong leadership track record, sales orientation, and hands-on involvement in customer-facing activities.

Competenze

• 6+ years in retail banking and operations, incl. 3+ years in leadership.
• Strong sales, client development, and revenue growth experience.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams and deliver customer service excellence.
• Networking with local community and regulators familiar.

Mansioni

• Lead overall performance and daily operations of the branch, including growth of loans, deposits, referral products, and service delivery, while managing a diverse team.
• Serve as the primary business development leader by strengthening client relationships and identifying new revenue opportunities.
• Provide strategic sales leadership by driving internal and external sales efforts and fostering a high-performance team culture.
• Direct branch operations with accountability for efficiency, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Originate and manage credit relationships across loan products including commercial, real estate, consumer, and agricultural financing.
• Champion community engagement by building local partnerships and enhancing branch presence.
• Support front-line operations by handling transactions and assisting with client service and sales activities.
• Perform additional duties to support branch objectives and customer satisfaction.
