Amegy Bank in Houston's Hobby branch is seeking an experienced Branch Relationship Banker who thrives in a relationship-driven sales environment. You will assess client needs, promote banking solutions, and guide customers through accounts, loans, and services while delivering outstanding service.

The role requires at least two years of banking experience, bilingual English/Spanish preferred, and the ability to work a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional Saturday shifts.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years banking experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Experience in teller ops and new account servicing preferred.
• Ability to obtain NMLS registration per SAFE Act.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead sales discovery and manage client relationships with needs assessments.
• Promote and cross-sell bank products and services.
• Open and service accounts, issue ATM cards, and originate consumer loans.
• Deliver sales-focused banking solutions while providing exceptional service.
• Maintain compliance with regulations and safeguard client information.
• Collaborate with branch leadership to track goals and support operations.
• Process teller transactions within authorized limits.
