Job summary

Amegy Bank is seeking a seasoned Branch Manager for our Bellaire, TX branch. You will lead daily operations, drive sales growth, and deliver exceptional customer service while managing a diverse team.

This role reports to the Area Manager and focuses on strategic execution, risk management, and community engagement. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 6 years in retail banking with at least 3 years in leadership, plus a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Six+ years in retail banking and operations.
• At least 3 years in a leadership/management role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Strong network and market presence within the local community preferred.
• Proven track record in sales goals, revenue growth, and customer service excellence.
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching to develop diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall performance and daily operations of the branch, including growth of loans, deposits, and referral products, while managing a diverse team.
• Drive new revenue opportunities by strengthening client relationships and engaging prospects.
• Provide strategic sales leadership to motivate internal and external sales efforts and create a high-performance culture.
• Direct branch operations with accountability for efficiency, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Originate and manage credit relationships across consumer, real estate, and business lending products.
• Champion community engagement and partnerships to enhance the bank's local presence.
• Support front-line operations and assist with client service and sales activities as needed.
• Perform additional duties to meet branch objectives and customer satisfaction.
