You will oversee personnel, inventory, and distribution while guiding a collaborative team toward growth and profitability in a fast-paced construction supply environment.

Qualifications

• Prior leadership experience in a branch or operations role is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to train and coach staff.
• Demonstrated customer service and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the branch team with clear performance expectations and motivation.
• Develop strategies to meet growth and profitability goals.
• Oversee branch operations including finances, personnel, inventory, and vendor relations.
• Coach and develop employees to maintain high performance and engagement.
• Monitor financial indicators and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure safety, DOT, Hazmat, and employment compliance.
• Manage fleet resources to meet daily service and delivery needs.
• Oversee warehouse layout and inventory control for accuracy.
• Maintain clean, safe facilities reflecting company standards.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to share best practices.
