Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a operations coordinator to support branch leadership and ensure reliable service and financial accuracy. The role emphasizes inventory control, purchasing, rental and sales documentation, and cross-team coordination to optimize margins and service quality.

You will collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal teams, monitor asset management, and contribute to safe, compliant branch operations while upholding DPR's standards and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in business, construction management, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in equipment rental, construction supply, or operations management.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience with RentalMan and Coupa preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reinforces best practices and procedures for inventory control, purchasing, rental and sales documentation.
• Coordinates with vendors, customers, and internal teams to support branch objectives.
• Supports daily branch operations including order fulfillment, invoicing, and billing.
• Monitors inventory and asset management activities to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Maintains knowledge of site needs and service line offerings to assist customers and colleagues.
• Reviews business reports to support financial performance and operational efficiency.
