Job summary

The role requires a two-year college degree or equivalent experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations and ensure adherence to bank policies and procedures.
• Meet/exceed individual referral goals and drive customer experience.
• Balance cash drawer and resolve transaction discrepancies accurately.
• Provide leadership and coaching to tellers and staff.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks and reduce losses.
