Job summary

Spectrum Search Group is recruiting for a Branch Manager to lead all branch operations, drive revenue growth, and ensure exceptional customer service across multiple service lines. This leadership role reports to the Regional Director and collaborates closely with the COO to execute strategic initiatives.

The Branch Manager will oversee production planning, fleet and equipment management, and the development of a high‑performing team while maintaining safety and compliance across branches.

Qualifications

• Experience leading field-based, route-based, or service businesses.
• Proven ability to drive revenue, productivity, and labor performance.
• Strong customer retention and service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lead all branch operations and achieve financial and growth targets.
• Oversee field operations, production planning, and scheduling.
• Develop a high-performing team with coaching and development plans.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and quality standards across branches.
• Partner with sales to support new customer acquisition and retention.
