Job summary

Premiere Communications & Consulting is seeking a Branch Manager to lead and scale operations across the United States. In this role, you’ll oversee financial performance and ensure exceptional project execution while developing talent and driving accountability. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in low-voltage technology and strong operational leadership abilities.

You’ll own branch performance metrics, partner closely with teams to mitigate project risks, and promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in specialty trade contracting or technology infrastructure.
• Previous experience as a Branch Manager, Operations Manager, or P&L-focused leader.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Own branch performance and drive operational excellence.
• Monitor job costing and project financial performance.
• Lead branch operations and establish execution standards.
