Job summary

Mobile Air & Power Rentals is seeking a Branch Operations Manager to oversee all branch operations, staffing, and the fleet. You will drive service delivery, safety, and customer satisfaction while managing technicians and coordinating with regional leadership.

The role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, plus several years of management experience in technical fields. A focus on lean processes and financial performance is essential, with opportunities for career development

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5 years related experience.
• 3 years of direct line management preferred.
• 1 year managing technical employees preferred.
• Experience in financial management against measurable performance standards.
• Lean principles (5S/6S) and process improvement preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service delivery and branch operations to enhance customer service levels.
• Direct supervision and deployment of technicians through planning and scheduling.
• Coordinate workforce planning with Regional Service Manager and Training Department.
• Enforce standards and drive safety, teamwork, and efficiency.
• Lead daily safety meetings and ensure fleet readiness and deployment readiness.
• Handle personnel decisions input and align with Regional Service Manager.
• Ensure compliance with MAPR standards and report on operations metrics.
• Manage fleet, inventory, and facilities to maintain safety and reliability.
